Thank you for participating in the Autism Elevated Spectrum Strengths Assessment. This tool is designed to support autistic young adults (ages 17–27) and their families in identifying personal strengths, interests, and career opportunities that align with their unique talents and goals.

Purpose and Use

  • Informational Only: This assessment is meant for personal insight and career exploration. It is not a medical or psychological diagnostic tool and should not be interpreted as professional advice or treatment.
  • Collaborative Tool: In some cases, both the individual and a parent or guardian may complete the assessment to offer complementary perspectives. These perspectives are intended to foster understanding and growth, not to determine fixed outcomes.
  • Individualized Journey: Every autistic adult has a distinct path, and this tool is only one resource to support self-discovery and planning. Any career recommendations should be considered within the broader context of the individual’s preferences, goals, and lived experiences.

  • Collected with consent and used solely to support your participation in First Ascent programs;
  • Protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA);
  • Never sold or shared with third parties without explicit permission;
  • Available for review, correction, or deletion upon request.
